Select your preferred tour itinerary, dates, and departure point on the website, then continue to the booking summary. On the payment screen, locate the promotional code entry box, enter your voucher details, and apply it to reduce your total balance before confirming payment.

Discount codes generally apply to standard, full-price coach bookings and cannot be stacked alongside active sale prices, late deal markdowns, or existing promotional bundles. If your chosen trip already features a promotional fare, review whether entering a voucher code offers a better saving before booking.

Cancellations made well in advance—typically at least 42 days prior to UK departures and 56 days before European or Channel Islands departures—allow you to cancel for the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made within seven days of travel generally forfeit the entire booking amount, so check your itinerary terms carefully.

Passengers are typically permitted to bring luggage subject to a maximum weight restriction, generally up to 20kg per individual item. Always review your specific travel documentation prior to departure to verify vehicle baggage requirements.
